Howard Russell

Howard Russell has over 30 years of experience in patent and trademark prosecution, both at large law firms and as in-house counsel. Howard's practice is primarily focused on U.S. and international trademark prosecution and patent prosecution in the areas of electro-mechanical, computer hardware, and software arts. He also represents clients in intellectual property licensing matters and provides support for intellectual property litigation.

Howard is actively involved in the community, serving as a member of the Portland Choir & Orchestra and in leadership roles for the Boy Scouts of America. He recently became involved with local theater, after some minor pressure from his thespian wife.
