Of Counsel 

Kathryn's practice is focused on assisting business owners with estate planning, entity formation, governance, contract review and drafting, mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Kathryn also assists her clients with estate administration. Kathryn has counseled businesses in a variety of industries ranging from small family-owned companies to large national brands, nonprofit organizations, and municipal corporations. In her roles as associate and contract counsel for several business transactional firms, Kathryn's experiences include matters related to business contracts and litigation, trademarks and trade secrets, website and social media privacy and advertising compliance, commercial real estate, and government contracting. Kathryn's creative background and experience counseling a range of companies enables her to provide responsive legal advice to meet her clients' business objectives. 

When she's not practicing law, Kathryn loves learning about women entrepreneurs who are changing the world. She is energized by her work with the Salem Art Association and mentoring new Willamette law students, and she enjoys time at home with her family, cat and rabbit, exploring the world, and writing.
